Terms and conditions:

1. All general terms and conditions of Kilibet bookmaker apply to the promotion (hereinafter: promotion).

2. Only users registered on www.kilibet.ke can participate in the promotion.

3. Promotion is limited to sports betting – live and prematch events.

4. All online tickets (tickets paid online on kilibet.ke) that meet the condition of the promotion automatically participate in the promotion.

5. Conditions for tickets participating in the promotion:

– The minimum number of events on the ticket is 3.

– The minimum product odds on the ticket is 2.40.

– The minimum stake per ticket is KES 10.

6. Tickets that do not meet one or more of the conditions will be excluded from participating in the promotion.

7. During the promotion, the user will be awarded freebet funds for each ticket that meets the conditions of the promotion (Article 6), regardless of whether the outcome of the ticket will be won or lost.

8. Played tickets participating in the promotion are marked with the Freebet bonus code. Tickets that do not contain Freebet bonus code will not be considered tickets that participate in the promotion.

9. The amount of freebet funds awarded to a user for tickets participating in the promotion are presented as percentage and depends on the number of events on the ticket and payment on the ticket, and are shown in the table above.

10. The amount of freebet funds will be automatically credited to the user’s freebet account, immediately after the payment of the ticket participating in the promotion.

11. The amount of freebet funds is calculated according to the table. The amount of freebet won is directly proportional to the amount of the ticket payment as well as the number of events played on the ticket participating in the promotion, according to the stated percentages.

12. All current rules for freebet funds apply to the freebet bonus won during the promotion.

13. The amount of freebet bonus can be used by the user for sports betting.

14. Tickets paid with freebet do not participate in the promotion, but only tickets paid with real money.

15. Kilibet, as the organizer, reserves the right to temporarily or completely suspend or change the current promotion in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice.

16. In case of suspicion of fraud, abuse of the rules of the current action, or technical problems, as well as factors beyond the competence of the organizer, which may affect the integrity and proper functioning of the promotion, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and any winnings in which there is a suspicion of abuse of the rules of the promotion, bonus or fraud.

17. If a user has a complaint, details of the complaint should be emailed to us at support@kilibet.ke or hand-delivered to any of our Kilibet offices marked for the attention of the General Manager.

We will endeavor to resolve complaints that have been reported to us promptly.

18. In case of any queries regarding any transaction, a user may contact us at support@kilibet.ke or at any of our Kilibet offices setting out details of the query, which we will then review and provide a response within 7 days.

19. If a dispute arises between a user and Kilibet about our liability to pay alleged winnings to the user and this dispute cannot be resolved between us, then the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution in accordance with the Lotteries and Gaming Act, Chapter 131, Laws of Kenya. The user will be informed that the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya in such an instance. We will refer the dispute to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya within 48 hours of informing the user that the dispute is being referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya.

20. A user may however of its own volition refer the dispute with us to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. The Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya may investigate the matter and shall thereafter resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the parties.

21. If either, a user or Kilibet is not satisfied with the determination of the Betting Control and Licensing Board, an appeal may arise to the Arbitration Court or High Court of Kenya for determination of the dispute arising out of these terms and conditions.

22. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that only the English version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid in any legal dispute that may arise.
