- The maximum refund amount is 100 KES.

- If the bet wins or is cashed out, it does not qualify for this promotion.
- The refunded Freebet must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.
- The Freebet must be unlocked within 60 days from the date of issuance. If the player does not unlock the bonus within this period, it will become unavailable.
