• The number of games/events in the Jackpot is not fixed and it is subject to change.

• The Jackpot is won if all predicted 1,x,2 selections are correct.

• In case one event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or suspended, an odd one (1) will be applied and the main prize divided by 3.

• In case two events are postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or suspended, an odd one (1) will be applied and the main prize divided by 9.

• In case three or more events are postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or suspended, the jackpot will be voided and all stakes refunded.

• The cost of each Jackpot entry/stake is 10KES.

• Jackpot amount is subject to change.

• Jackpot amount will be shared equally between all the Jackpot winners if there is more than one winner.

• The number of Jackpot entries is capped at 5 per participant.

• Jackpot can only be played Online.

• Bets made via SMS or Telegram will not qualify as Jackpot Bets.

• Jackpot entries are accepted up to immediately before the scheduled kick-off of the first match of the Jackpot.

• Free Bets cannot be used to place Jackpot bets.

• Jackpot Bets cannot be canceled or amended once placed.

• If a game is abandoned or postponed from its original start date and time but rescheduled no later than the advertised time of the last scheduled game, then all selections will stand.

• If a game is canceled or postponed from its original start date and time but not rescheduled no later than the advertised time of the last scheduled game, then the jackpot will be voided and all stakes refunded.

• Kilibet may allow for the result of a postponed match to stand at our discretion so long as the match result is known within 24 hours of the end of the last scheduled game.

• The results of all matches are settled on the result at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus any allocated injury time). Results after Extra Time and Penalty Shootouts are not included.

• Official Jackpot Results will be posted on www.kilibet.ke and on Kilibet Social Media Platforms.

• Kilibet reserves the right to verify, the identity of the winner with relevant authorities, and identification documents presented before final payments are made.

• At Kilibet’s discretion, winners of larger amounts shall be required to avail themselves to Kilibet offices with proof of identity before any payment is made.

• The period for claiming the prize of larger amounts is seven (7) days. After this period, Kilibet may deem the prize forfeited, unless the period is extended, at our sole discretion.

• Kilibet reserves the right to use the names, video, audio, radio, or other recordings, motion, and still images of the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity and marketing campaigns.

• Kilibet reserves the right to withhold a part, or all of the prize money won until the prize presentation ceremony.

• Kilibet reserves the right to pay the whole amount of any prize share to a winner by cheque or bank transfer.

• The Jackpot entry fee is inclusive of Excise Tax, by the Finance Act 2021, under Section 32 C (4).

• All Jackpot winnings are subject to a withholding tax of 20% by the Income Tax Act, under Section 35 (1) (i), (3) (h). The tax shall be deducted from your winnings and collected by us for remittance to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). Therefore, the actual pay-out you will receive will be after-tax (i.e. winnings minus tax).
