TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION
1. The welcome package is a promotion valid for all newly registered users on Kilibet.
2. The welcome package consists of the following bonuses
FIRST TICKET WITHOUT RISK
Every newly registered user in the case of the first non-winning sports betting ticket
played after registration, acquires the right to a 100% return of stakes up to a maximum of
KES 50.
* The “First Ticket without Risk” bonus is active immediately after the user’s registration
and is applied exclusively to the first sports betting ticket played.
* Applies only if the stake of the first sports betting ticket was real money.
* The return of stakes is made only if the first sports betting ticket is concluded as
non-winning.
* The maximum amount of return of stakes in the case of the first sports betting ticket that is
concluded as non-winning is 100% of stakes up to KES 50.
* The return of stake is done automatically in Freebet funds, on the user’s Freebet
account.
* Freebet funds can be used by the user as a stake for sports betting.
* The return of stake does not apply if on the first non-winning ticket “Cash Out” option is
applied.
3 BONUSES ON DEPOSIT CHOSEN BY PLAYER
Each newly registered user acquires the right to select, activate and apply up to 3 bonuses on paid
deposits of their choice (one from each of the Bonus Packages: Gold, Silver or Bronze).
* The maximum amounts and percentages that a user can win within each bonus for Gold, Silver and
Bronze packages are as follows:
* The minimum deposit amount to which the selected bonus can be applied is KES 10.
* The display of available bonuses is available to the user at any time on the account under
the section “Profile” -> “Gifts”.
* The user has the option of choosing 1 of the 3 offered bonuses from each of the Bonus Packages
(Gold, Silver and Bronze).
* The activated bonus always refers to the last paid deposit.
* The moment of activation of the selected bonus is chosen by the user himself – by selecting the
available bonus and clicking on “Activate” in the account under the section “Profile”
->
“Gifts”
(example: Any of the available bonuses can be activated with a deposit of at least KES 10 or
more)
* Once activated, the bonus cannot be deactivated (cancelled).
* Once activated, the bonus cannot be reactivated.
3. The freebet bonus within Gold, Silver and Bronze packages are initially “locked”
after the
bonus is activated. With real money bets through sports betting, the user acquires the condition to
“unlock” the Freebet bonus, except option 3 which is without conditions.
To unlock the selected bonus, it is necessary for the user to stake the assigned amount of the
bonus
a certain number of times (X) through real money bets. The necessary conditions for
“unlocking”
bonuses through the categories of sports betting are defined in rule number 5.
4. Freebet bonus is used exclusively for betting (sports betting) and cannot be
paid out or exchanged directly for cash.
5. The “unlocking” of the Freebet bonus is contributed by the stakes made through
sports betting in the following ways:
* In order to “unlock” the Freebet bonus, it is necessary for the user to stake
(turnover) the
amount of the awarded Freebet bonus through the stakes on the tickets that meet the condition of the
promotion. Necessary conditions for unlocking the bonuses are as follows:
6. Stakes made in virtual games do not contribute to “unlocking” the bonus.
7. The order of “unlocking” the Freebet bonus on the first three deposits is always such that
the first activated bonus is unlocked first, then second, then the third.
8. A bet spent on “unlocking” one bonus is transferred as a bet valid for unlocking the next
bonus.
(e.g. if a bet of KES 50 is missing to unlock the first bonus, and the user pays KES 100 – the
remaining KES 50 will be transferred for unlocking the second bonus in a row, etc.)
9. All applicable general terms and conditions of Kilibet bookmaker apply to the promotion of
the “Karibu bonus”.
10. All current rules for freebet funds apply to the freebet bonus won during the promotion.
11. Kilibet, as the organizer, reserves the right to temporarily or completely suspend or change the
current promotion in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice.
12. The promotion is limited to one person, one email address, one IP address, and one phone number.
13. In case of suspicion of fraud, abuse of the rules of the current promotion, or technical
problems, as well as factors beyond the competence of the organizer, which may affect the integrity
and proper functioning of the promotion – the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and
any winnings in which there is a suspicion of abuse of rules, bonuses or fraud.
14. If a user has a complaint, details of the complaint should be emailed to us at support@kilibet.ke
or hand-delivered to any of our Kilibet offices marked for the attention of the General Manager.
We will endeavor to resolve complaints that have been reported to us promptly.
15. In case of any queries regarding any transaction, a user may contact us at support@kilibet.ke or
at any of our Kilibet offices setting out details of the query, which we will then review and
provide a response within 7 days.
16. If a dispute arises between a user and Kilibet about our liability to pay alleged winnings to the
user and this dispute cannot be resolved between us, then the dispute will be referred to the
Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution in accordance with the Lotteries and
Gaming Act, Chapter 131, Laws of Kenya. The user will be informed that the dispute will be referred
to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya in such an instance. We will refer the dispute
to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya within 48 hours of informing the user that the
dispute is being referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya.
17. A user may however of its own volition refer the dispute with us to the Betting Control and
Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. The Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya may
investigate the matter and shall thereafter resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the
parties.
18. If either, a user or Kilibet is not satisfied with the determination of the Betting Control and
Licensing Board, an appeal may arise to the Arbitration Court or High Court of Kenya for
determination of the dispute arising out of these terms and conditions.
19. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that only the English version
of these terms and conditions will be considered valid in any legal dispute that may arise.
