Terms and conditions:

  1. All general terms and conditions of Kilibet bookmaker apply to the promotion (hereinafter: promotion).
  2. Only users registered on www.kilibet.ke can participate in the promotion
  3. Promotion is limited to sports betting – live and prematch events
  4. All online sports betting tickets (sports betting tickets paid online on kilibet.ke) that meet the condition of the promotion automatically participate in the promotion
  5. Conditions for tickets participating in the promotion: Only sports betting tickets played with real money are participating in the calculation for losses refund
  6. Tickets that do not meet one or more of the conditions will be excluded from participating in the promotion
  7. During the promotion, every Friday, the user who lost over 500 KES during the last 7 (seven) days (Friday to Thursday), will be refunded 10% of his losses. The losses means (stake – winning = balance won or loss)
  8. The promotions runs until further notice starting from December 13, 2024.
  9. The refunded amount has no conditions and can be used by the user for sports betting or to withdraw.
  10. Tickets paid with freebet do not participate in the promotion, but only tickets paid with real money
  11. Kilibet, as the organizer, reserves the right to temporarily or completely suspend or change the current promotion in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice
  12. In case of suspicion of fraud, abuse of the rules of the current action, or technical problems, as well as factors beyond the competence of the organizer, which may affect the integrity and proper functioning of the promotion – the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and any winnings in which there is a suspicion of abuse of the rules of the promotion, bonus or fraud
  13. If a user has a complaint, details of the complaint should be emailed to us at support@kilibet.ke or hand-delivered to any of our Kilibet offices marked for the attention of the General Manager. We will endeavor to resolve complaints that have been reported to us promptly
  14. In case of any queries regarding any transaction, a user may contact us at support@kilibet.ke or at any of our Kilibet offices setting out details of the query, which we will then review and provide a response within 7 days
  15. If a dispute arises between a user and Kilibet about our liability to pay alleged winnings to the user and this dispute cannot be resolved between us, then the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution in accordance with the Lotteries and Gaming Act, Chapter 131, Laws of Kenya. The user will be informed that the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya in such an instance. We will refer the dispute to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya within 48 hours of informing the user that the dispute is being referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya
  16. A user may however of its own volition refer the dispute with us to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. The Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya may investigate the matter and shall thereafter resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the parties
  17. If either, a user or Kilibet is not satisfied with the determination of the Betting Control and Licensing Board, an appeal may arise to the Arbitration Court or High Court of Kenya for determination of the dispute arising out of these terms and conditions
  18. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that only the English version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid in any legal dispute that may arise
