Annexe A Introduction
Apuesta Kenya Limited Company, trading under the name “kilibet” may update, amend, edit and supplement these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any substantial amendment to these conditions, prior to them being effected. We reserve the right to withdraw any of our services or elements of our services at any time and will not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result. These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and us relating to the betting and gaming activities that we provide. You confirm that in accepting these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representations made by us or any of our employees, save insofar as we have made the representations in these terms and conditions. We will not be held liable for any misrepresentations which have not become a part of these terms and conditions, save that this agreement shall not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation which may or may not have become part of these conditions. No waiver by us of any of these conditions will be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these conditions. Nothing in these conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise between you and us. All references in these rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. All references to “the” shall include “a/an” and vice versa.
Annexe B Account rules
B.1 Creation of a Kilibet Online Account
You cannot participate in the betting and gaming activities we offer unless you hold an account with us. To have an account and be registered as a player with us, you must register on our website and provide us with your registered phone number which is going to be your Username and cannot be changed and a password. After username and password fields are complete and submit the application for registration in web service you will receive a SMS to your registered phone number (the one you have registered on our website) and you will be asked to confirm your registration by entering verification code. After a successful activation, your account will be ready, and you can start using Kilibet online betting. “kilibet” reserves the right to ask for additional details at any time in order to prevent participating that is not in line with the terms and conditions. your date of birth and valid identification document that shows that you are over eighteen years old. You may provide us with a copy of your national registration card, passport or driver’s license to verify that you are over eighteen years old;
your first and last name – as it appears on you ID;
your full residential address;
your valid email address; and
By applying to become an account holder with us, you warrant and represent that you are over eighteen years old. If you are under the age of eighteen you are prohibited from registering as a player with us and cannot hold a Kilibet account with us. Should we discover that you are below the age of eighteen, we will immediately close your Kilibet account indefinitely and all funds deposited to the account will be refunded to you. We reserve the right to request additional proof of age and perform additional checks in order to verify the information that you have provided in clause 2.1.1 above. Please note that your Kilibet account may be suspended until you provide us with satisfactory proof of your age. Additional documents the user will sent by support@kilibet.ke. The player may register a single account on the kilibet website, and the kilibet therefore reserves the right, in case of any such abuse, to close additional user accounts without delay and cancel any and all bets and transactions effected from such accounts. We will prohibit you from participating in any of our betting or gaming activities if you are suspected of fraud or have breached these terms and conditions, in particular, by multiple simultaneous participation in games and the opening of several accounts. Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported to the police. In such a case, we will refund you of any monies in your betting account after deducting a handling charge of 10%, provided that this money was acquired in a lawful manner. Any free bets or winnings that may have resulted from free bets acquired fraudulently/ illegally will be forfeited.
By applying to become an account holder with us, you further warrant and represent that:
you are a natural person (a company, cooperative, society or unincorporated association is prohibited from holding an account with us);
you are not employed by Kilibet. Any employee of Kilibet is prohibited from participating in any betting and gaming activities that we provide. Any amounts won by an employee of Kilibet will be forfeited at Kilibet’s discretion and the employee’s initial deposit will be refunded to them;
you are not a professional player of any sport, competition or league in which we offer betting and gaming activities;
you are not acting on behalf of a third party;
you are not depositing money with us that originated from criminal and/ or other illegal activities;
you are not depositing money through a bank card which you are not authorised to use and/ or you are not utilising a bank card in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming is prohibited;
you will not directly or indirectly utilize your Kilibet account for any criminal activities;
all information that you provided to us during the term of validity of this agreement is correct and complete and you will notify us of any change of such information, within 7 days of such change, sending email to : support@kilibet.ke.
you will not utilize our services if you are not a resident of Kenya. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Kilibet’s website and these services is legal;
In applying for a Kilibet Account, you acknowledge and accept:
to abide by these terms and conditions at all times;
all definitions and stipulations that are contained in these rules;
not to try to hack our mobile services, websites and all other media/ electronic platforms or to alter its code in any way in an attempt to cheat, override or manipulate our system or in any way commit fraud or any other crime;
not to mislead us by intentionally providing false information which may be in the form of, but not limited to invalid account details, forged documentation, concealing your identity, your actual location and/ or your age;
that at all times during the subsistence of your subscription/ participation with us, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not breaching any laws in Kenya when you open a Kilibet account with us or conduct business on any of our platforms;
that we will act as arbitrator on any dispute involving your use of our services and any other third party. However, should the dispute not be resolved to your satisfaction, you may lodge a complaint with the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya;
that we reserve the right to exclude any users with false particulars from participating in the betting and gaming services we offer and any winnings achieved by such users, will be forfeited to us;
that Kilibet will not accept liability in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise from any third party resulting from your provision of incorrect or false data;
that by participating in the betting services we offer, there is a risk that you may lose the money that you deposited into your Kilibet account, if you do not win any amounts;
that the contractual relationship between you and Kilibet is governed by: (i) these rules as published in English on our website and at our Kilibet shops; (ii) any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya; and (iii) the laws of Kenya;
we manage players accounts and calculate available funds, pending funds, betting funds as well as your potential amount of winnings. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are not subject to dispute. We will inform you once corrections are made to your account balance.
You must keep your password secure at all times. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your password is kept secure. You should not share your login ID and password with anyone or send any of your details to us by any unencrypted form. Should you suspect that your login information is no longer secure, please contact us immediately and ensure that you change your password immediately. If at any time your account is accessed and used by a third party without your prior consent, we will not be liable for any consequences that may occur.
If you nominate another person as an authorized user of your Kilibet Account, you will be responsible for all transactions the person makes using your account details. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of this.
If you lose your Kilibet Account login ID and password or feel that someone may have your account details, please contact us immediately via phone, live chat or sending email to: support@kilibet.ke. .Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of transactions that may be made by the third party that has your Kilibet Account login ID and password.
Annexe C Policy of accepting bets on sporting events
We reserve the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot and/ or any prize you may have won, if we are of the view that you have fraudulently utilized our system. In such an instance, we will immediately restrict your access to your Kilibet account and any funds therein will be forfeited to us. The values of the parameters (including handicaps, totals) and odds/prices/ betting rates of the events specified in the line of the current day may change after any bet, but conditions before bets will remain the same, except in cases of technical and obvious mistakes in the line. The money placed on the result of any betting and gaming activities will be the amount confirmed and registered by us. In accepting to bet on events, you accept these terms and conditions in totality and all rights and liabilities which may be established under Kenyan law. You are the only person responsible for the bet you place. Once you have placed a bet and acceptance is confirmed, you can cancel it only within 10 minutes from bet placement or until start of the first event on the ticket. Maximum number of tickets that can be canceled within 24h is 3 (three). Newly registered customers cannot cancel their first 3 (three) tickets. Please check carefully all the bets you have made. The loss of your login ID and password cannot be the reason for the withdrawal of rates or cancellation of the request for payment of winnings. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password information. A bet is accepted as soon as we confirm it by notification in your Kilibet account. All accepted bets are displayed in the “bet history”. In some cases, there may be a delay until a bet is listed in your bet history. In case of any dispute, we will consider the time the bet was registered in our system as the bets true submission time. If you do not receive any notification about the acceptance of your bet, your bet will be considered as accepted, if it is displayed in the “bet history”. A failure of communication or other technical failures in customer communication is not a reason for the cancellation of your bet, if the bet has already been registered in our servers.
Annexe D Payment methods
The Kilibet will not charge any additional compensation in the process of paying in the deposit from the player. Players may be charged only by their banks, mobile money providers or any other way of depositing money which is in direct relation with the players transactions and it is doesn’t have any relation with the Kilibet. The following are the minimum and maximum deposit/ withdrawal amounts that may be made at our betting shops:
Minimum deposit – KES 10.00;
Maximum deposit – KES 70 000.00;
The following are the minimum and maximum deposit/ withdrawal amounts that may be made through mobile money operators:
D.1.1 M-PESA money transfer:
Minimum deposit – KES 10.00;
Maximum deposit per transaction – KES 70 000.00;
Minimum withdraw – KES 50.00;
Maximum withdraw per transaction – KES 70 000.00;
4.3.2 All deposited funds serve only for the purpose of participating in the game of chance – betting, as for paying in the tickets. In case that player requests to withdraw after he deposited the funds for game of chance, that request will be granted under condition that he placed at least once the 20% of his previous deposits. For example: if you deposited KES100 and you bet KES10, with that KES10 you won KES1,000, then you can immediately withdraw KES990 only. You may withdraw the KES1,000 if you have made tickets worth of 20% of your full deposit amount”. This requirement is introduced to combat fraud and “money laundering” by players and using our platform as a bank. With regret, Kilibet is not able to provide Free banking service for players.
4.3.3 If the deposits to the account were made for any other purpose than bets, casino, poker, virtual games and financial betting, the company (particularly in case of suspected fraudulent money turnover) reserves the right to cancel a deposit and collect from the Account holder all costs incurred as a result of processing. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably consider or have reason to believe that you are depositing funds without any intention to place sporting and/or gaming stakes. In such circumstances we may also report this to relevant authorities.
4.3.4 If it turns out that the User has opened several accounts on the Kilibet website, Kilibet reserves the right to refuse to pay out for these accounts (except the User’s assets legitimately transferred to the account of Kilibet after his payment of a fine in the measure of 10% of the total amount of deposits)
4.3.5 In the first order for a withdrawal in cash the Account holder must enter valid ID/Passport details exactly as in the ID/Passport.
Annexe E Displaying data
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the proposed information services, including data on the events of live services. We make every effort to ensure the information displayed on live events (i.e. time of a game, statistics of terms/ players) is correct. Please note that this information is displayed only for information purpose and we will not be responsible for any errors in this data. We will not be held responsible for any claims regarding the accuracy of translation from foreign languages of team names and the names of players. If you place a bet on an indicated event/ match in which more than one player/ athlete has the same surname and the full name of the athlete or other features identifying them uniquely have not been indicated, then all bets placed will be refundable. If in the name of the match or position one or more entrants are incorrectly indicated in the line (save for errors in translation), then all the bets on that event will be void and the stake will be refunded. Only Kilibet has the right to determine the events belonging to this category. In cases when the specific details of the team are not indicated in the line resulting in the marking of the other team in the line instead of the declared one, then all bets on such a match will be refundable. In other cases, if an incomplete name or possible grammatical error is indicated in the line, then all bets will remain in force. If the gender of the teams is not indicated in the line, it will be considered that the gender of the teams is male. In case women’s teams are participating in a match, we will have a detailed indication in the line. If these details are not indicated, then any bets of the said match will be refundable. The date and time indicated in the line are the date and time of discontinuation of bets acceptance on the event (except for live events) and do not necessarily coincide with the date and time of the actual start of the event. The actual time of the event while counting the bets is considered as the time of the start of the event, which is determined based on the official documents of the organization conducting the competition, as well as the data of Kilibet. If the venue is not indicated in the line, then the first team named in the fixture will be considered as the host, except for competitions of American types of sports. Please note that all the information contained in the “cap” to a particular sport, carries an ancillary character and possible errors in the given information are not grounds for the return of bets. Please note that there is a set delay on acceptance of bets for live events, the value of which may vary depending on the sport, market and other features. The set delay is determined exclusively by Kilibet for security purposes and protection from subsequent bets. For your convenience, taking into account the specifics of live events in which odds/ prices/ betting rates change very often, you can choose to “accept changes” or do not accept changes if the odds/ prices/ betting rates changes”, which determines respectively whether the bet is accepted, if during the time of its arrangements the odds/ prices/ betting rates changed
Annexe F Compliance with Kenyan laws
Our betting and gaming services may only be utilised for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. By using our betting and gaming services, you undertake to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the betting and gaming services we provide.
Annexe G No warranty
We will endeavor to provide our betting and gaming activities to you using our reasonable care and skill and make no further warranty or representation whether express or implied, in relation to the betting and gaming activities we offer. We make no warranty that our betting and gaming activities will meet your requirements, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, defects will be corrected, or that our website – www.kilibet.ke or the server that makes our website available is free of viruses or bugs or represents full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the content/ results or the accuracy of any information you obtain from us. We will not be responsible for any system or communication errors that result in erroneous generation of random numbers, bet settlements or other elements of our betting and gaming activities. In such an instance, we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.
Annexe H Limitation of liability
Our liability to you for any damages you sustain from any cause whatsoever, including any damages arising out of our negligence or that of our servants, agents or sub-contractors, shall in any event and under all circumstances be limited: in the event of damages relating to a bet, to the amount staked by the customer in respect of such bet; or in respect of your Kilibet account with us, to the credit balance of such account at the time during which the damages are alleged to have occurred, after full adjustment for winnings, losses and taxes. To the fullest extent permitted by law and notwithstanding any other provisions of these terms and conditions, we will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss of profits, winnings or potential profits or winnings or any indirect or consequential damages sustained by the customer, whether or not caused by our negligence or that of our agents or employees. Insofar as any of our obligations under these terms and conditions are carried out by any of our servants, agents, sub-contractors or associates, these provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis and each of them shall be exempted accordingly.
We will not be held liable if you are unable to place a bet due to the failure of any electronic communications media that you use for the purposes of betting.
We do not assume liability for input or transmission errors and reserve the right to rectify obvious errors.
We assume no liability for the correctness or completeness of any information provided.
We assume no liability for the accuracy of live scores, statistics and intermediate results in live betting.
Any acts of God, war, strike, lock-out or other labor dispute, fire, flood, explosion or any other supplies, failure of telecommunications, failure, theft or default of any computer hardware or software or any other equipment or any other similar or different cause beyond our reasonable control leading to the cessation and/ or restriction of our operations, shall entitle us to postpone our obligations to a customer in whole or in part, and in such event, we shall not be responsible for any damages of any nature that you may suffer, whether directly or indirectly as a result thereof and you shall not be entitled to terminate your contractual relationship with us, as a result of any such occurrence.
We will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, natural catastrophe and saturation of telecommunications networks, cyber-attacks, hacking, etc., which could lead to a total or partial access reduction to it services, loss of data by itself or by other contracted independent service providers on whom we are wholly or partially reliant on to deliver our services to you.
Annexe I Indemnity
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from and against all claims, liability, damage, loss, costs and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your breach of these conditions or any other liabilities that may arise from your use of our services or use by any other person accessing our betting and gaming activities using your Kilibet account.
Annexe J Intellectual property
By accepting these rules, you acknowledge and accept:
that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all content we provide remains at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are only permitted to use this material as expressly authorized by us or our licensors;
that all material and content contained in our services is provided as part of our product and is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. In this regard, you may only download such material onto one computer for this purpose. Any other use of the material or content is strictly prohibited;
not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or tamper with or create derivative works of our content
Clients are also forbidden to use robotic software’s, web indexers, trackers or any other automatized program when accessing the official internet page of the Organizer or products that are offered on the mentioned page, and also to remove or change information related to the protection of copyrights and trademarks or any information published on the internet page of the Kilibet or printed internet pages.
Annexe K Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this relationship at any time, which decision is purely at our discretion. We further reserve the right to close or suspend your Kilibet account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the provisions of the preceding sentence, we will be entitled to close or suspend your account if:
we consider that you have used our services/ products/ platforms in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/ or unlawful or improper purposes;
we consider that you have used our services/ products/ platforms in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of us or any of our customers;
we suspect you are breaching any term of this agreement;
there is technological failure;
we are requested to close your Kilibet account by the police, any regulatory authority or court; or
If we close your Kilibet account for any of the reasons set out above, you will be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses that we incur or suffer (the “Claims”). You will indemnify and hold us harmless for any demand in respect of such Claims. We will also be entitled to withhold and/ or retain all amounts which would have been paid or payable to you (including any winnings and/ or bonus payments).
In addition, we will be entitled to withhold and/ or retain any and all amounts that you earned or received as a result of or in connection with your unauthorized use of our services, products or platform, including any activities which were not for an authorized purpose. If there are insufficient funds in your account, we will demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount on the bets that you placed.
If you prove that you did not breach any provision of these terms and conditions, then any funds that were available in your Kilibet account will be returned to you, should your relationship with us have been terminated. Please note that at all times, any funds you deposited with us do not and will not accrue any interest. As such, any refunds made will not incorporate any interest calculations.
Annexe L Taxes
You will be liable for any taxes levied pursuant to Kenya’s applicable tax legislation prevailing at the material time or as may be assessed by the Kenya Revenue Authority. These taxes will either be withheld at source or paid out in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Annexe M Transfer of betting account prohibited
Selling and/ or transferring and/ or acquiring of a Kilibet account from other players is prohibited. Any such action will lead to closure of your Kilibet account and refund of the funds in the account. We may in our sole discretion re-open your Kilibet account if there is sufficient proof to our satisfaction that the transfer of your Kilibet account was done in error.
Annexe N Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Kenyan law and the High Court of Kenya shall have exclusive and original jurisdiction to determine any court process arising out of these terms and conditions.
Annexe O Disputes and complaints procedure
If a customer has a complaint, details of the complaint should be emailed to us at support@kilibet.ke. or hand delivered to any of our Kilibet betting shops marked for the attention of the General Manager. We will endeavor to resolve complaints which have been reported to us promptly. In case of any queries regarding any transaction, a customer may contact us at support@kilibet.ke. or at any of our Kilibet betting shops setting out details of the query, which we will then review and provide a response within 7 days. If a dispute arises between you and Kilibet in relation to our liability to pay alleged winnings to you and this dispute cannot be resolved between us, then the dispute may be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. In such an instance, we will inform you that the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya. We will refer the dispute to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya within 48 hours of informing you that the dispute is being referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya. You may however of your own volition refer the dispute with us to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. The Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya may investigate the matter and shall thereafter resolve the dispute and communicate the outcome to the parties. If either you or Kilibet are not satisfied with the determination of the Betting Control and Licensing Board, you may appeal to the Arbitration Court or High Court of Kenya for determination of the dispute arising out of these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that only the English version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid in any legal dispute that may arise.

GENERAL BETTING RULES
BASIC REGULATIONS
Article 1
These are the rules that regulate special games of chance through the means of electric communication “On-line” betting (in further text: betting) and they contain regulations for organizing betting, terms for participating in betting, a price of one combination, deadline for receiving bet payments, winning funds, annunciation of the results of the game, deadline and the way of paying out the winnings, informing the participants of the rules of betting, procedure in case of canceling or altering the time of sport or other events, conditions and procedure of registration of virtual players, access and closing the online account, responsibilities of the organizer, discretionary rights and the rights of intellectual property, and also other meaningful questions for organizing internet betting.
Article 2
Betting as referred to under Article 1 is provided by Apuesta Kenya Limited Company, brand name “kilibet” (in further text: Organizer), a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, having its registered seat at KayVee Towers, Office 2A, General Mathenge Rd, Nairobi, Kenya, P.O.Box 628-00623.
Article 3
These rules represent general conditions for conclusion of the contract after access to participation in all forms of betting at the Organizer, which is considered concluded when the participant makes the registration and the first payment to the Organizer for participating in the betting. These rules obligate Organizer and all participants and they are fully obliged to comply.
Article 4
Organizer has obligations to the participants in betting and he is responsible with all of his property.
For the purpose of these T&C, the terms cited below shall have the following meanings assigned to them:
– playing via interactive communication channels is participation in games of chance via Internet, SMS, USSD or other interactive devices and channels that allow a player to play a game independently through interaction with the Organizer’s system, without any direct representatives of the Organizer;
– Organizer’s website is the website www.kilibet.ke which is operated by the Organizer and it offers an application for games of chance, and it includes other Internet addresses and pages that have the same purpose and that the Organizer may subsequently publish;
– bookmaking information system is the Organizer’s computer system used to provide the game, and it includes hardware, an operative system and application software.
– username is your mobile number based on which the system makes an entry into the player database, and combined with the password, it is used to access the bookmaking system.
– password is a combination of alphanumeric characters known exclusively to players and it is used to verify the identity of the players when they access and use the bookmaking system.
– user account is a personal electronic account of each individual player who participates in games of chance via electronic devices, and it is recorded in the Organizer’s application when the player registration via Organizer’s interactive channels is complete; the access to a user account is protected by player’s username and password.
– gaming account is a unique virtual player’s account assigned to the player by the Organizer in the central bookmaking system. The gaming account keeps track of all financial transactions and gaming transactions (e-confirmations).– checking account is a player’s transactional account used for withdrawals from the gaming account.
– electronic payment confirmation (e-confirmation) is an electronic entry of a payment confirmation that bears the player’s identification number as recorded in the player’s gaming account in the central bookmaking system.
– gaming account number (reference number) is a multi-digit number that is unique to each player’s gaming account, and it is used when depositing into the gaming account.
– deposit refers to funds deposited into a player’s gaming account for the purpose of participation in games of chance via electronic devices.
– gaming voucher is a confirmation of deposit with an assigned value and an activation code. By entering the activation code on the Organizer’s website, the player makes a deposit of the assigned value into the gaming account.
– customer service – user support provided by the Organizer for the players in accordance with the instructions given in the gaming application.
– gaming promotional bonuses are deposited from time to time by the Organizer into a player’s gaming account and they may be used only to participate in games and cannot be withdrawn from the player’s gaming account.
– promotions – means every promotional action as jackpot and rewards which will be further described and approved on time once they are about to start.
Article 5
Betting is a special form of games of chance in which Organizer determines sports and other events and odds for betting on them in advance, and the participant freely chooses bets (types) with which he marks the outcome of sports or any other event or the group of events. Betting is organized in continuity and daily, depending of the offer of the events itself. Date and time of the start of sports or some other event that is shown in the betting offer which can be seen in printed or electronic form is purely for information purposes. As a start of the sports or some other event it is the time on official sources of informing that is taken in consideration.
Betting “Live” (“Live Bet”) is a special form of betting and it represents a possibility of betting on events that are in progress, or in a break time of the event (quarter, third, halftime etc.).
Same rules apply for “Live” betting as for the betting before the start of the match, except if the Organizer stated otherwise, and clearly defines the exceptions.
Article 6
The provisions of these rules apply for all betting that are possible to organize in group or individual sports disciplines and other different events that can be, by nature, object of betting games. Participant can, in a way specified by these rules, bet on:
– Results of single and/or group sports and other events

Article 7
Events from the Article 6 of these rules Organizer publishes in a program list of sports and other events that will be the object of sports or other betting and this list is always available to potential players, customers of the Organizer, in electronic form on the internet page of the Organizer where the offer of sports and other events will be daily updated.
Article 8
In betting there are types that are used to specify what game participant wants to play (for example in
football): “1”, “X”, “2” and double chances “1 or X”, “1 or 2”, “X or 2”.
Sign “1” indicates a win of first-named team, sign “X” indicates a draw result (outcome) of the match, and
sign “2” indicates a win of second-named team.
“Double chances” are signs that indicates two results simultaneously: sign “1 or X” indicates a win of the
first-named team or a draw result, sign “1 or 2” indicates a win of the first or the second-named team, sign
“X or 2” indicates a draw result or a win of the second-named team.
For some types of betting numeral marks can be used from “0” to “9” and also letter marks (example: “A” or
“W”), or a combination of this marks on a way that Organizer states in the offer of sports or other events.
“Combination” is made by a sequence of betting signs from the paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this article.
Number of signs in a sequence that makes one combination varies between minimal and maximal number of sport
or other events that Organizer selected for betting, from total number of offered events from the list of
sport or other events for betting that are shown in electronic form, and which the participant had chosen.
“System” is a special way of forming (multiplying) number of combinations for betting, and it enables the
player to multiply total number of combinations for betting by forming group of events.
“Fix” is a mark that is used in playing systems, and that mark shows a certain event that will participate
in all combinations that the player played (betted on).
Article 9
“Odd” is a decimal number that the Organizer determines in advance for every sport event that is a subject
of betting and its purpose is calculating winnings.
Odd can be determined for every sport or other event separately, as a part of one combination, or for total
combination, as for all sport or other events that makes that combination.
In case where odds are selected for every sport or other event separately, total odd of the combination is
calculated by multiplying odds of all single sport or other events.
Organizer keeps the right to alter the odds shown in the program of sport or other events, and in that case
odds taken into account are those that are valid in the moment of betting.
“Palpable error”- In case of mistakes by the Organizer regarding offer of the games, odds, coefficients,
totals, handicap limits and others, mistakes that are related to time and place of played game, offered
competition pair or a team and similar, Organizer keeps the right to declare that match invalid for all
types of games, even after the end of the sport or other event, where the odd will be one (1,00).
If, by mistake, payments are accepted as a part of the combination of various sport or other competition
(multiple events on the ticket) with odds whose outcomes can mutually affect one on other or to depend
one
on other (example: betting on a certain team or individual to win a competition and to win in that game,
as
for a match in within that competition and similar), those odds offered will be canceled and the bet
itself
will be updated on the basis of other left pairs with odds (if there are any on the ticket).
Organizer can give extra information in betting (example: table and the statistics of the competition,
neutral ground, are there two games or is the game played on two wins, result of the previous match if it is
a rematch, round of the competition, a type of the surface that the match is played on and similar), but he
isn’t responsible for the accuracy of the information.
Article 10
“Participation multiplier” is a number with whom the participant with an extra payment marks how many times his combinations are participating in the game, as for how many times his eventual winning can be increased.
Article 11
“Handicap” is an advantage (example: in goals, points and others) that Organizer gives in advance to a team or a participant from the program list of sport or other betting events.
Final outcome with handicap is formed when the number of goals or points marked as handicap is added to number of goals or points actually scored by a team that handicap is assigned.
For example:
Goals, (0:1) indicates that the Away team has one goal advantage, as for (1:0) indicates that the Home team has one goal advantage.
As for points, (+5.5) indicates that points are added to one of the teams, that means the team that (+5.5) handicap points are given has an advantage of 5 points. Bet will be lost if opposite team wins by 6 points difference.
Article 12
“Double chance” is using two bets when choosing final outcome, but in a way that it doesn’t increase the number of played combinations, and to what is given a separate odd in the program of sport or other events.
Article 13
“Mix” represents a combination of two or more different sport or other events stated in article 6 of these rules, if minimal conditions are fulfilled for the game combinations, which Organizer listed in sport or other events program.
Article 14
Winning combination is the one combination where all outcomes of sport events that player chose are correctly guessed.
Article 15
Minimal stake per single bet is KES 49.00
Minimal stake per multi bet is KES 10.00
Minimal stake per combination is KES 3.00
Maximal stake per bet is KES 50,000.00
Maximal winning amount that can be paid to the participant is KES 1,000,000.00
Minimal amount that a participant can pay in for virtual games is KES 10.00
Maximal amount that a participant can pay in for virtual games on one ticket is KES 1,000.00
Maximal winning amount that can be paid to the participant for virtual games is KES 300,000.00
Article 16
Amount of the winning fund in internet betting represents the sum of all winnings of the participant in betting, and it is not determined in advance and it doesn’t depend of the received payments for participation in betting.
PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF “ON-LINE” BETTING
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Article 17
With general conditions in the games of the Organizer of internet betting (“On-line” betting) contracted relations of the Organizer and clients are determined and regulated. Internet betting (“On-line” betting) is organizing games of chance via internet and other telecommunication means where client can play a game independently through interaction with the system without direct contact with the representatives of the Organizer. Contracted relations between the Organizer and clients become effective with successful conclusion of registration where a client completely accepts these Rules. Contract itself is concluded in indefinite period of time where every contracted party can cancel that contract without additional announcement and additional notification. With concluding the contract, a client admits the validity of these Rules and confirms that he has read them and that he is familiar with their contend, and that he fully and without a reserve accepts them. Ignorance of the rules or the subjective interpretation of them cannot cancel the betting. In case of a dispute participant cannot argue that he did not know the conditions of these rules nor can claim or ask anything from the Organizer in that circumstances.
Article 18
Participants in the betting fill in tickets (e-ticket) on the internet site of the Organizer, or by SMS and USSD in such way where they mark sport or other events on which they are betting by bets from the article 8 of these rules, whereby all the participants in the betting are required to comply the explanations that are listed in the sport or other event program. Participant in the game is obliged that for every betting label a type of the game and codes of sport or other events he is betting on. Otherwise, betting is not valid and the Organizer will not accept it. Organizer keeps the right, in any moment, partly or completely, without giving any additional explanations, not to accept the betting of the player. When he accepts the betting, Organizer takes the payment and he gives the contestant back a certified confirmation of the participation in the game of betting that is automatically registered on the participant’s account and that confirmation contains: a number (code of the ticket), time and date of the payment, chosen game, amount of the received payment, amount of the eventual winning that represents the evidence of the participation of the player in the betting, on which base the participant later has the right for the payment of the eventual winning.
Article 19
Organizer sets and publishes minimal conditions for the payments before the start of the betting. Participants are obligated to respect the minimum and maximum number of sport or other events for every type of betting in a way how Organizer publishes in the sport or other event program.
Article 20
Customer is the only person responsible for the bet placement. Once the bet is placed and acceptance is confirmed, it can be canceled only within 10 minutes from bet placement or until start of the first event on the ticket. Maximum number of tickets that can be canceled within 24h is 3 (three). Newly registered customers cannot cancel their first 3 (three) tickets. Please check carefully all the bets you have made.
Article 21
Participant is banned to bet multiple times on the same sport or other event in once combination, except when the Organizer explicitly allows it in the schedule of sport and other events program. If there is in the combination the same Event indicated more time, combination is considered as void, and the Customer will be refunded. There is no possibility to repeat the same combination on more tickets. The same combination is considered as repeated if at least three Events on ticket are not different.
Article 22
Final deadline for receiving the payment for the betting is until the start of the first sport or other event on which the participant is betting on, unless the Organizer didn’t determine otherwise. In the case when the payment is done for the betting on sport or other events that already started, except for the “Live” betting, or that are finished, Organizer keeps the right to declare such events irregular and assign them odd 1.00 (one), except in cases when the Organizer states otherwise.
Article 23
After all sport or other events that were the subject of the betting are finished, Organizer within 24 hours publishes an official report about the results of the sport or other events that were in the happening program list for the betting, in printed or electronic form.
Official result is the one achieved in regular course of a match or a competition. Regular course of the match, or duration of the match in football is considered to be 2 times 45 minutes, in basketball 4 times 10 minutes (4 times 12 minutes in “NBA” league), ice hockey 3 times 20 minutes, handball 2 times 30 minutes, water polo 4 times 8 minutes and so on, unless the Organizer stated otherwise. Overtime and penalties (11m penalties in football, 7m penalties in handball, free throws in basketball, etc.) are not considered to be part of the regular course of the game or competition, (with the exception of baseball, that is played until the final winner is decided), unless the Organizer stated otherwise. Any other subsequent decisions and changes of the result from a third party, commission and such for every sport or other happening (later disqualification of a team or an individual and similar) will not be taken into account, unless the Organizer stated otherwise.
The Organizer determines the official result of the sports or other event based on official reports that are officially announced by the organizer of sports or other competitions (national or international association, league, cup etc.). Official sources of information on which the results are based on can be: official internet page of the organizer of the competition, official internet page of the first-named team or an individual, official internet page of the second-named team or an individual and other sources of information. Internet pages that provide services of showing the results (live results and final outcomes), including the statistics on those pages are not applicable during the processing of the results of any sports or other events. If the gained information from those sites are in any way different, the official result will be the one result clearly precise from the source that is the highest in the next hierarchy:
– official internet page of the competition organizer
– official internet page of the first-named team or a player
– official internet page of the second-named team or a player
– other means of information.
Article 24
In case of a change of time of the sports or other competition (match), achieved results are considered
valid in case where other match did not start after 24 hours from the firstly listed official start of
the
match.
In case that the sports or other competition does not hold place, as for does not start in stated time in
paragraph 1 of this article, the event from that competition is declared invalid and for that match odd is
one (1,00).
The result of the continued or a newly played sports or other event after the expiration of stated 24
hours
deadline will not be considered unless the Organizer said differently.
In case when the event that is the subject of betting is interrupted for any reason (even if that
happens in
the last minute of the match), and it doesn’t continue and finishes in the stated deadline, followed
rules
apply, defined for every sport:
Tournament competitions, head to head matches:
In tournament competitions and in head to head matches does
not apply the principle of pointing out the hosts during setting up of the offer (tournaments, world,
European championships, ski cups etc.), it is considered that all the participants of such competitions are
playing in the neutral court no matter if they are from the country of the competition organizer or the
place where the competition is played.
Football, American Football, Rugby, Basketball, Handball, Hockey, Volleyball, Water polo: If a started
match
gets interrupted before the regular (official) end, the result is not valid for all the games of which
the
outcome is unknown until the moment of the interruption (there is a possibility of the result changing
that
can directly affect on the outcome of the played game) the odd for that match is one (1,00). All the
games
of which the outcome is known and finished before the moment of interruption (in case of changing the
result
nothing would affect the outcome of the played game), will be acknowledged and processed on the basis of
the
result in the moment of interruption.
Example 1:
Match Arsenal – Chelsea is interrupted in the 33rd minute in the first half at the 0:0 result.
In this case match will be acknowledged as invalid and for all the games odd is one (1,00).
Example 2:
Match Arsenal – Chelsea is interrupted in 43rd minute in the first half at the 3:0 result. For all the games of which the outcome is known at the moment of the interruption and where the game itself is finished (in case of changing result nothing would affect the change of the outcome of the played game) the result is valid and all placed bets will be processed. In this case, next games will be processed as winning games: Team First Goal (Home), Over/Under in the match 2+ (Over 1.5) and 3+ (Over 2.5), Over/Under in the 1st half 1+ (Over 0.5), 2+ (Over 1.5) and 3+ (Over 2.5), Home Team Over/Under (Over 1.5) and (Over 2.5), 1st Half Home Team – Over/Under (Over 0.5), (Over 1.5), Over (2.5), Home Team 1st Goal In 1st or 2nd Half (1st) and other. Games that are not winning in this case would be: Team First Goal (Away), Over/Under in the match (Under 1.5), Exact Goals (G1) – exact 1 goal, Over/Under in the match (Under 2.5), Multigoals 1-2, Exact Goals (G2) – exact 2 goals, 1st Half Exact Goals (G0) – 0 goals in the first half, 1st Half Over/Under (Under 1.5) – 0 or 1 goal in the first half, 1st Half Multigoals (1-2) – 1 or 2 goals in the first half; Home Team Over/Under (Under 0.5), Home Team Exact Goals (H G1) – home team exactly 1 goal in the match, Home Team Exact Goals (H G2) – home team exactly 2 goals in the match, Home Team Multigoals (1-2) – home team scores 1 to 2 goals in the match, mix games: 1&0-2, 2&0-2, 1st & 2nd Half Both Teams To score (No&Yes); Double Chance & Total Goals: 12&0-2, X2&0-2, Away Team 1st Goal In 1st or 2nd Half (1st) or (2nd) etc.
Example 3:
Match Arsenal – Chelsea is interrupted in the 83rd minute at the 2:1 result (1:0 at halftime).
For all the games of which the outcome is unknown or the game is not finished at the moment of the
interruption (where there was a possibility of result changing), achieved result is not valid and the odd
will be one (1,00). In this case those games are: Match Result (1X2): (1), (X), (2); Double Chance (1X),
(12), (X2); Any time Result (ATX) and (AT2); Half Time – Full Time: 1-1, 1-X, 1-2; Double Win (DW1); Draw No
Net (DNB1); Over/Under in the match: 0-3 (Under 3.5), 4+ (Over 3.5), 5+ (Over 4.5), 6+ (Over 5.5), 7+ (Over
6.5); Multigoals: 1-3, 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-6, 3-4, 3-5, 4-5, 4-6, 1st Half – Over/Under: (Over 2.5), (Over

Tennis, table tennis: The final outcome is taken as the result of the event, decided with the first official
publishing. Any additional changes, individual or official commision decisions will not be taken into
consideration.
In case that started match gets interrupted in any time before regular (official) ending, the result is not
valid for all the games of which the outcome is unknown at the moment of interruption (there is a
possibility of result changing that can directly affect the outcome of the played game) and the odd is one
(1,00). All the games of which the outcome is known and which are finished at the moment of the interruption
(in case of the result changing nothing would affect the outcome of the played game), will be acknowledged
and processed with the result at the moment of the interruption.
Principle of the processing of played types (games) is based on the same way as it is explained in
above-listed examples for the games related to football.
If any of the players walks away (injury, give-away, disqualification and such) before the official start of
the match, match is pronounced invalid and the odd is one (1,00), no matter which player went through the
next round.
Skiing, athletics: Winning order set in the first official publishing is taken as the result of the event.
Any additional changes, individual or official commision decisions will not be taken into account, unless
the Organizer stated otherwise.
Auto-Moto sports: If the started race is interrupted in any time before the regular (official) ending and it
doesn’t continue in 24 hours deadline counting from the official start of the race, achieved result (order)
that was anounced in first official results after the race.
Betting on a participant of the race is considered valid if the participant appears on the track (he can
start on the track itself or from the box), no matter if he starts or finishes the race. If the participant
of the race doesn’t appear on the track in reasons of walking away before the official start of the race
itself, betting will now be considered valid and there will be odd one (1,00). Same rule goes for
pol-position.
Fighting sports: For the winner of the event is considered the competitor that is announced as the winner
after the ending of the fight. In case that the competitors finished the match earlier due to one of them
resigning (injury, walk-over, disqualification and such), the opponent is considered a winner and played odd
is taken into account.
Later changes, individual of official commision decisions will not be taken into account, unless the
Organizer stated otherwise. In case where the event is cancelled before the start of the fight, due to one
of the competitors resigning, event is declared invalid and the odd is one (1,00).
Golf: Final result decided by first official publishing is taken into consideration as a result of the event
(that also goes in case where the event is played on 15 out of 18 holes). Additional changes, individual’s
or official commision’s decisions will not be taken into consideration, unless the Organizer stated
otherwise.
Baseball: Final result after the end is taken as a result of the event, including every over-time or
shortening of the time of the game that satisfy the criteria of official organs of the competitions, unless
the Organizer stated otherwise. Additional changes, individual’s or official commision’s decisions will not
be taken into consideration.
If there are two games with same opponents played in the same day, the result of the first-played game is
taken into account, except in case Organizer indicated differently in the offer (1stgame or 2nd game). In
case of the changing of the place of the event which is not indicated by the Organizer or with whom the
Organizer isn’t familiar with, betting will be valid under condition that the changing of the place of the
event is not in such manner that it is played on the guest’s home court, and in that case (changing of team
that is host), betting will not be considered valid and the odd is one (1,00).
If a started match gets interrupted before the regular (official) end, the result is not valid for all the
games of which the outcome is unknown until the moment of the interruption (there is a possibility of the
result changing that can directly affect on the outcome of the played game) and the odd for that match is
one (1,00). All the games of which the outcome is known and finished before the moment of interruption (in
case of changing the result nothing would affect the outcome of the played game), will be acknowledged and
processed on the basis of the result in the moment of interruption.
Principle of the processing of played types (games) is based on the same way as it is explained in
above-listed examples for the games related to football.
Ski sports: In the case of interruption of ski jumps, it is needed that one entire series of jumps be held
in order for the result to be valid.
If the interruption happens during the first series of jumps, betting is invalid and the odd is one (1,00)
for all the games played.
Same rule goes for other ski disciplines as it is on ski jumps.
Other sports: For all the sports and other competitions that are not listed in article 24, the Organizer is
committed to point out the rule for betting in the offer for betting next to the offered game.
Article 25
All the bets that are placed on a team or a player that retired or is eliminated out from further competition, and before the start of the sports or other event, are not considered as valid and the odd is one (1,00), unless it is indicated differently in the program of sports or other events.
Article 26
If a participant with invalid sports or other event meet the requirements of minimal number of sports events in one combination, that combination is considered valid, and for the invalid sports or other event the odd will be one (1,00). In the case when the outcome of the betting is known in advance, and if any irregularity is established in the subject of betting on sports or other events, or if the Organizer assesses that there is a reasonable doubt that someone acted in purpose of determining the outcome of the event, in that way breaking the clauses and official rules of sports or other events, or even if there are evidence on whose ground the regularity in event taking place is questioned, Organizer keeps his right to suspend payout of the winning. The organizer announce that kind of betting invalid and the odd is one (1,00). Way and deadline of pay-ins and pay-outs of winnings on the players online account
Article 27
Player can deposit funds in purpose of betting in all betting offices of the Organizer by cash payment, by standard or internet bank payment, by gaming voucher or by mobile money. Deposited funds will be at player’s disposal after the payment is visible on his online account. The Organizer will not charge any additional compensation in the process of paying in the deposit from the player. Players may be charged only by their banks, mobile money providers or any other way of depositing money which is in direct relation with the players transactions and it is doesn’t have any relation with the Organizer. In the process of paying in the deposit by supported credit cards the Organizer does not collect or save the cards data, only records successful and unsuccessful transaction of type of the card and the amount of payment. In order to participate in internet betting, player must have the minimal amount needed to pay a ticket on his account. Player can, in any moment, access his online account and his funds are at his disposal in any moment. All paid funds serve only in purpose of participating in the game of chance – betting, as for paying in the tickets. In case that player requests payout after he deposited the funds for game of chance, that request will be granted under condition that he placed a bet in amount of 50% of each deposit. The Organizer can, in any moment, limit or refuse any bet or any pay-in of the player.
Every accomplished winning will be automatically shown on the players online account by the system of the Organizer, and the Organizer does not charge additional compensation in the process of paying out the winnings on the online account of the player. The Organizer keeps the right to correct the financial transaction of the paid out winning on the player’s online account if the payment is done because of the technical mistake or wrongly processed result, and to do a withdrawal of the wrongly paid amount. The Organizer has the right in any moment to correct the obvious mistakes without any previous announcement or later information. If the player uses the funds that are mistakenly paid on his online account for further betting, those bets are considered invalid, independent of eventual delay in determining the mistake. Information about the transaction account that a player is filling in during registration are solely in purpose of pay outs of the winnings or withdrawal of previously paid funds in case of the account closing. The Organizer does not have any possibility of using the funds on that transaction account. In case where there was no transaction of a paid game recorded on the player’s online account for more than 1 month, player will be notified to take an action, make a bet or withdraw its funds, and it will be notified until action is performed. In case there is no transaction for more than 6 months, even after notifying, the Organizer reserves the right and it may close your account and all remaining funds will be donated to charity. For all the circumstances that are not included in this article, others parts of these Rules are applied.
Article 28
Payout is done after all the sport’s and other events are finished, and at latest in period of 60 days from that moment, and only on the basis of official results of sport’s or other events that are confirmed by the Organizer also.
Before the payout of any amount from the online account the Organizer keeps his right to ask a visible and readable copy of personal identification card, and in purpose of comparison of information on ID card and information that were stated during registration. In case that information do not match, the Organizer keeps his right to stop the payout of the eventual winning to the player. In that case player can withdraw his amount only personally and with valid ID document.
Article 29
Amount of the winning is equal to the price of one combination multiplied to all the odds for that combination. Exception of calculating the winning in a way from paragraph one of this article is that the amount cannot overcome the maximal amount of the winning defined in article 15 of these rules.
Article 30
For the payout of the eventual winning, only those tickets that are undoubtedly issued from the Organizer will be validated. In case of a doubt, the Organizer keeps his right not to approve the payout of the ticket. Authenticity of the ticket itself the Organizer does on the basis of standard and generally acknowledged protection systems (control pin code, bar code, hologram and such.)
Article 31
Participant in the betting (player) has the right to, in 7 (seven) day limit from publishing the official report of the event’s results, make a formal complaint to the Organizer, if he finds that the Organizer didn’t calculate the winning correctly. If the Organizer determines that the complaint has grounds, he is obligated that in 30 days limit after the deadline from paragraph one of this article, payout the amount of the winning achieved on the ticket.
Article 32
Payout of the winnings in betting has statute of limitations of 60 days from the day the official report of results of sport’s or other events is published. All the obligations the Organizer has towards the winner in betting stop in the moment when the winner (or a person that he authorizes) had taken the winning, or after the expiration of the period stated in previous paragraph of this article.

If a dispute arises between you and Kilibet in relation to our liability to pay alleged winnings to you and this dispute cannot be resolved between us, then the dispute may be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya for resolution. In such an instance, we will inform you that the dispute will be referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya. We will refer the dispute to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya within 24 hours of informing you that the dispute is being referred to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya. REGISTRATION OF VIRTUAL PLAYERS PROCEDURE

Registration of the player is taking and keeping the information of the player on the basis of concluded contract on the internet page of the Organizer. User’s information needed for registration are mobile number of the player and password. Username is the mobile number and it cannot be changed. After the confirmation of personal data the Organizer may identifies the player by insight into his personal identification which contains a picture of the player (ID or passport or driver’s license). Player is obliged to keep his user’s information safe and is solely responsible for material or immaterial consequences of online account usage, as for it’s malpractice from unauthorized persons. After the registration, player’s online account on which all the fund’s transactions are done is opened automatically and without compensation. Players information are treated confidentially and are not disclosed to any third parties who are not involved in the payment process. Only player will have access of its own personal information. In case that the information that are registered on the account in the Organizer’s data base are not correct, the Organizer keeps his right to annul, block or close the account and to stop all the transactions in expectation of the outcome of the required inquiry and determination of the damage that is done. With all that, the Organizer keeps his right to keep the funds that are deposited on the player’s account as a compensation of damage done to the Organizer by breaking this rule. ACCESS TO THE ONLINE ACCOUNT
Article 36
The player may register a single account on the Organizers website to which he can access only by writing the correct username and corresponding password. Player can use his online account only in purpose of participating in the game of chance – betting. The Organizer keeps his right to close player’s online account, deny eventual winning and to declare all of player’s bets invalid in case of manipulation or frauds and in case of breaking the regulations of these Rules also, if a player acts in the name of other person, pays in the funds gained by criminal and/or illegal activities, pays out the funds on transaction accounts he is not authorized to use, or if it is established that the player opened several online accounts which opposes to the regulations of these Rules. For all the circumstances that are not included in this article, all the other regulations of these Rules are applied.
MARKETING BONUSES OF THE ORGANIZER
Article 37
The Organizer sets the conditions of using marketing bonuses as well as jackpots. Before the marketing bonus or jackpot is assigned to a player the Organizer is obliged to clearly and correctly explain the conditions a player must meet in order to get a marketing bonus and those bonuses will be published on his internet page, social networks or in some other suitable way. Marketing bonuses are limited in that way that one player can get only one same bonus. In case that a player gets more than one bonus, on the basis of having more than one account which is contrary to these Rules, the Organizer has the right to deny player’s bonus and to close all the accounts of such player. Marketing bonuses got from the Organizer can be used only for betting and they cannot be paid out, except jackpot. Payout of the winnings from marketing bonuses will not be executed until the player makes a sufficient turnover of those bonuses which is listed in condition of using marketing bonuses. In case of any malpractice, the Organizer keeps his right to end marketing actions and to deny marketing bonuses to some or to all the players. If a player uses all his marketing bonuses and closes his account, when opening a new one he has no right for the bonuses he already used. For all the circumstances that are not included in this article, all the other regulations of these Rules are applied.
SETTING THE LARGEST AMOUNT AND SELFEXCLUSION
Article 38
Registered player has an option to set the highest amount (limit) that he can pay in certain period of time (daily, weekly and monthly), he can limit total value of played tickets in certain period of time (daily, weekly and monthly), he can limit total time to spend on platform (daily, weekly and monthly), and also to set the highest amount of a loss he can have in a certain period of time (daily, weekly and monthly). Player can, in writing, request a temporary exclusion from the game on certain period of time. The Organizer will exclude the player that requested it. Recall of the exclusion a player can request in writing or email to: support@kilibet.ke., but not before expiring the requested exclusion. Excessive betting can cause addiction and social problems. In case that player need a help with irresponsible betting and addiction, we will put the best effort to help player in need and to direct him to the special institution for solving problems with addiction.
CLOSING OF ONLINE ACCOUNT
Article 39
Player can request closing of online account without previously listed reasons only in writing or email to: support@kilibet.ke. Condition for closing the account is that all played tickets are paid out. In the process of closing online account player is fully paid out (funds he pled and gained winnings in betting) of which marketing bonuses are excluded because they serve only for paying the bets or games of the Organizer. Once closed online account a player can re-open only if he sends a formal request. The Organizer will refuse re-opening of the account if he finds that the player earlier used his account against the regulations of these Rules or rules of certain games and other positive legal regulations. The Organizer keeps his right to close the player’s online account if that account does not correspond to the conditions regulated by these Rules or the Rules of certain games and other positive legal regulations.
ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Article 40
The Organizer is obliged to payout all the winnings made accordant to these Rules. The Organizer does not accept the responsibility for the player’s funds that he loses on official internet page during his betting, as in case of tickets not having a winning status, since the nature of the contract signed between the player and the Organizer is placing bets (betting). The Organizer is not responsible for the damage or loses made by incorrect functioning of the official internet page of the Organizer or some of its elements, parts, equipment, software or its content, including the loss of information or delay in their transmission that are caused by services of internet provider or a browser or any other software the Organizer does not have control of (delay or disruption of information, their loss or damage), except in cases where the Organizer intentionally or due to a blunder has violated his obligations. If any malfunction happens, the Organizer keeps his right to, in any moment, cancel, delay or stops providing ongoing services without accepting any responsibility for the loss or damage made by this process, except in cases that are listed in these Rules. The Organizer does not take the responsibility for:
– Mistakes on official internet page regarding the services that are consequent to incomplete or wrong information submitted by a client or a third party
– Any claims regarding the accuracy of the translation from foreign languages of team names and the names of the players.
– Unauthorized using or interception of information before they are shown on the official internet page of the Organizer
– Unauthorized using or unauthorized access to information regarded to players doing or using official internet page of the Organizer, unless the mentioned unauthorized using or access is a consequence of a blunder or intentional acting by the Organizer
– Accuracy of the information, content, data, elements or other information or materials published on official internet page or provided by it, including all kinds of information published by a third party or by any partner of the Organizer, except in case of a blunder or intentional acting by the Organizer
– Services that are provided by a financial institution, bank or a loan service that a player is using.
Should any condition, regulation, rule or norm provided for in these Rules and conditions or their application to any Party or under any circumstance be deemed as unenforceable, void or unlawful (in part or in full) due to any reason and under any jurisdiction, the remaining conditions, regulations, rules or norms provided for in these Rules and conditions amended by deletion of the unenforceable, void or unlawful section under any jurisdiction, will have full legal force and effect, while the above described unenforceability, nullity or unlawfulness will not affect the enforceability, validity and lawfulness of the remaining conditions, regulations, rules and norms set forth in these Rules and conditions, provided that these Rules and conditions amended as described still reflect (without any material amendments) the original intentions of the Parties in relation to the subject of these Rules and conditions and that the deletion of parts hereof will not substantially limit the expectations or mutual obligations of the Parties hereof or the practical realization of the benefits that both Parties would otherwise be entitled to.
SOLE DISCRETION
article 41
The Organizer keeps his right to remove or later publishes one element of the offer or complete offer
regarded to a certain sport’s or other event until further notice or permanently according to personal
discretion and without obligation to previously inform the user. In case of the described removal, there
is
no possibility for the player to realize any rights or claims from the Organizer.
The Organizer keeps his right to add, withdraw or recall any, one or all services and/or services by a
third
party in any moment and until further notice or permanently according to personal discretion and without
obligation to previously inform the user (this includes changing of prices, options, functions and other
characteristics regarded to betting, games and all other services that are offered on the official
internet
page of the Organizer). In such cases all unconfirmed bets will be considered as rejected.
The Organizer has discretionary power to buy or engage any new or alternative solution or service that
is
provided by a third party, without any obligation to previously inform the user about that. All related
conditions will be published and available to clients, who will confirm that they read and accepted them
before the registration or participating in services done by a third party on the official internet

Valid odd for „LIVE BETTING“ is exclusively the one that is on the paid ticket.

For all offers in „Live betting“ valid result is one achieved in regular course of the match, unless stated otherwise.
Article 3.
If match is interrupted in any sports event (football, basketball, hockey, handball, volleyball, futsal…) in any time during the match, all bets whose outcome is completed will be considered final and valid. On the other hand, all bets whose outcome is not completed until the moment of interrpution and are not completed in next 24 hours (from the official start of the match) will be considered invalid and will be assigned odd 1.00 (one).
If tennis match is interrupted (darkness, rain or any other reasons), all bets whose outcome is completed will be considered final and valid. On the other hand, all bets whose outcome is not completed until the moment of interrpution will remain active until the match is finished, no matter when will match continue (no time limit).
Article 4.
Due to possible techical problems there can be difference between odd visible on the platform (tv) where you can see the odds for „live betting“ (txt or „live stream“) and odd on printed/paid ticket.
Article 5.

This document describes game rules for Kilibet virtual games.
1.2 Confirmation of Game Participation
All players participating in the game are issued a wager confirmation (ticket) which lists their wager
details; Wager is considered made only if a valid ticket is presented to the player; Player must ensure
that his wager is properly entered into the system by the authorized person accepting the bets
before the game starts;
1.3 Method of Placing a Wager

1.5 Winnings Payout

1.6 Cancellation of Bets
Ticket can be cancelled only until if it was entered by cashier trough shop application, before the
game start, or until the first game start if the ticket has wagered on multiple games. It is not possible to cancel tickets from the site.
1.7 Accepting the Wager
By not cancelling the ticket in a given period described in article 1.6, player accepts that his wager is
final and nonrefundable.
By not cancelling a ticket player forfeits any claims on ticket validity based on printing errors
1.8 Progressive Jackpot
A small percentage of every bet is set aside for progressive jackpot (eg. 0.50% to 5% of each wager).
Progressive jackpot consists of primary jackpot (visible on screen) and reserve jackpot (hidden).
Ratio on which primary and reserve funds are filled is configurable by the client
During each game we draw random four character code and show it on the TV screen. A player
whose 4-digit code on the ticket matches with the 4-digit code on the screen wins the jackpot. If
there is more than one winner in a single game, the amount is split equally between them.
1.9 Malfunction
Malfunction voids all plays and pays on all games.
Malfunction can be (but it is not limited to):

• Error in communication
• Feed Errors
• Odds & Resulting Errors
• Wrong payout calculation
Should malfunction occur Kilibet reserves the right to cancel all wagers and return the stake(s) to
players.
2 Delays
Kilibet has the right to delay the start of the game for up to 30 minutes. Should delay last for more
than 30 minutes player has a right to request a refund of the stake.
Kilibet can cancel any game, re-schedule it or disable it, without prior notification. In that case all
stakes on open tickets will be refunded to players.
